You've ruffled the wrong feather's this time, Ubi Soft.

Donald Duck: Quack Attack

Ubi Soft's ECTS press kit reveals they might bring this game to the Gamecube.

September 8, 2000

Every year Europe has an annual trade show where members of the industry gather to show off their latest products, as well as boast and brag. Ubi Soft gave out a booklet featuring all their upcoming games, and a "Dolphin" icon mysteriously ended up on the Donald Duck: Quack Attack page. It still reads "Dolphin", no doubt, because Ubi Soft published the press kit prior to Spaceworld.

So, IGN contacted Ubi Soft on the matter and they said they're still unsure just what games will make it to Gamecube, which is set to launch sometime in October 2001. Ubi Soft said it's under review and that we'd know as soon as they did. The game is coming out for the N64, though, which makes us wonder why they would waste their time bringing even a special addition to the Gamecube a year later.

For now we can only say that Ubi Soft has a great deal of titles that may be coming to Gamecube, but they haven't made any final decisions just yet. Head over to IGN and check out the N64 Quack Attack preview.
