ImgViewer/32 2.42 Shareware ($29.95)

ImgViewer is a basic image viewer for JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF, TGA and PCX with added image manipulation capabilities such as crop, scale, rotate, blur, sharpen, contrast, etc. It can also do image format conversions, batch conversions, and can save images as progressive (2-pass) PNG and JPG files for web pages.

Fast 32-bit JPG decoding.
Zoom features with left click zoom in, Alt+left click zoom out, drag zoom an area, and right-click return to 1:1.
Precise cropping at zoomed levels.
Brightness/Contrast/Gamma/Color tuning.
Sharpen and blur.
One-degree rotation.
Convert between any of the supported formats.
Twain support for cameras and scanners.
UPLOADERS NOTE: This version is a port from VB5 to Delphi4 and is much smaller in size.
