Annual Support Program: TclCare for Tcl/Tk Annual support provides unlimited phone, email and web support for Tcl and Tk core products on Scriptics supported platforms (Linux, Windows 9X/NT, Sun Solaris, HP HP-UX, SGI Irix) for a primary customer contact. Support coverage is offered from 8:30A-6:00P Pacific time. Scriptics will acknowledge bug and support requests within 7 days (14 days outside of North America) and make reasonable efforts to supply either a workaround or patch for the reported problem. The price for TclCare for Tcl Annual support is $10,000/year. Premium Support Program: TclCare for Tcl/Tk Premium support add premium support services on top of the TclCare for Tcl/Tk Annual support program. TclCare for Tcl/Tk Premium support includes priority support coverage for Tcl/Tk as well as the common Tcl and Tk Extensions that are distributed with TclPro, including [incr Tcl], TclX, and Expect. Premium support customers can have up to 3 primary contacts that can contact Scriptics during expanded hours coverage (6:30A - 6:00P Pacific, effective 1/2000).
