On the following pages you will find the forms to inform us of your Java applet or application and request upload to the JavaBoutique Web site. Please note that although we do upload all varieties of Java applets and applications, we give preference to:

1. Applets over applications.
2. Free, non-commercial applets.
3. Applets with source code included.
4. Applets that do something new or interesting. For example, we will not upload any more 4X4 sliding puzzles unless yours is the absolute best we have ever seen.

We receive far more requests for uploads than we can grant. Please allow up to 3 weeks before resubmitting your applet.
