pg_FieldIsNull -- フィールドがNULLかどうか調べる

説明

int pg_fieldisnull (int result_id, int row, mixed field)

フィールドがNULLかどうか調べます。rowで指定した行のフィールドがNULLでない 場合は0を返し、NULLだった場合は1を返します。fieldは番号または フィールド名で指定します。rowの番号付けは0から始まります。
