Wednesday, October 6: space.com's Space Imagined chats continue with the premiere of the WB network's science-fiction alien drama, "Roswell" at 9 p.m. ET. Regular site fixture, amateur UFOlogist and bona fide former New Mexico teen Scott Martin will facilitate online chatter during the one-hour premiere and will then answer questions about the show and what is currently known about the real-life Roswell incident.

About "Roswell", series co-creator and former "X-Files" director David Nutter has said, "I used to say teenagers were the aliens among us." As such, the program promises mystery, tension, the search for identity, and all the other charmingly irrational everyday hurdles faced by all adolescents, alien and otherwise.

Friday, October 8: Noted author and expert Andy Chaikin will be on hand at 12:00 noon to 12:45 (ET) to answer questions and discuss space-related issues. Chaikin is space.com's executive editor for space and science.

Chaikin is author of the critically acclaimed book which was the basis of the Emmy Award winning HBO miniseries, From Earth to the Moon.

Chaikin's book, A Man on the Moon: The Triumphant Story of the Apollo Space Program is based on hundreds of hours of personal, in depth interviews with each of the 23 surviving lunar astronauts. Chaikin spent eight years researching and writing this definitive account of the Apollo missions. Apollo astronaut Eugene Cernan said of Chaikin's work, "I've been there. Chaikin took me back."
