The box offices at the Spartan Stadium are open on event days only and are scheduled to open five hours prior to Earthquakes games and three hours prior to SJSU football games. The box office opening times for other events is scheduled on an event by event basis. For non-event days, the main box office is located at the San Jose State Event Center on 7th and San Carlos Streets. The Event Center box office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Sundays from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased through BASS.
