Dnyarri here, got more details for you guys about the Star Control Game I want to design. Since Star Control 3 was too good to be on the timeline (not) I want the game to take place of Star Control 3 (so remember that Star Control 3 had never happened ever and will not). So far I want it to have two quadrants one home quadrant which we know from SC2 and another quadrant with new races, wormholes etc. named the Helladia quadrant. What you guys can know now is that there will be some renegade Kohr-Ah in the Helladia Quadrant fighting for something that could have even more powerful than the Sa-Matra. Also I want there to be two diffirent wormholes in the quadrant which both lead to QuasiSpace which can take you strange places you never imagined. Expect more updates in the future. Also tell me your opinions in the Comments Box. Mail Me at dnyarri@gamespotmail.com with any other comments.

Hey, I DO still exist! Anyway, I actually have not so much news for you, but a request for feedback. I would like ALL of you to reply to this in the comments. I'm not kidding, all of you! Every one! That's ESPECIALLY you old-timers and long-time visiters who suddenly feel like you don't have to post news comments. YOU'RE who we need most!
Ok, here's the deal: For the XR clone, there is a possiblity of having multiple ships for races. That would mean that, basically, the humans could have a Cruiser and a Fighter, and the Thraddash could have the Torch and a newer model, and so on and so on...
I'm personally opposed. I'd like to preserve the purity of Star Control 2, especially in the early stages of this clone. Scott and ZogGop, XR's favorite lovely artists, from what I've heard, disagree with me on this, and I invite them to post their arguments themselves.
So please, everyone, give us your thoughts! Shape the clones for your enjoyment!

Although Alex S. has taken over the SC Writer's Collective, it looks like Shaun "Greenish9" Green is still going to have some Star Control stuff on his site. He says "I've finally finished it all... the SC Writers' FAQ, the Universe Timeline, Brian Sexton's history, general writing tips and some SC terminology. It can all be found on my site; check the sidebar and look under 'Star Control'." Go visit Shaun's The Enemy Within now!

You can set a cost, number of fleets. You also can put a conditions your fleets will meet, like "No more than 2 Utwigs" or "I wanna 6 Yehats in each fleet, but no Chmmrs at all!""

Mr. Sparkle has completed the Windows version of TimeWarp. I like to think of it more as a patch, which adds Windows support. This allows Windows users to run the game natively in Windows so there should be less crashes and problems than running the DOS version in Windows. If you were playing/trying out TimeWarp in Windows, then definitely download this! I have updated the TimeWarp site with all the information, so head over there and check it out!

Admiral Fwiffo has sent me the following item:
I have officially disbanded my StarSearch Project, seeing how the current one has developed. However, now here's the problem. In the wake of the disbandment, I have about a hundred pictures of various star systems and planets in SC2, including the readouts of ALL the shattered worlds and Rainbow worlds. Please ask if you want them, or alternatively I can also post it on Fwiffo Networks.
Also, as mentioned before, I am moving my site and totally redesigning it. The URL will be posted when it's ready.
