Product Platform Last Edited Filename | Resolving Damaged Downloads When you suspect a file you downloaded from the Adobe Web site or FTP site is damaged, do one or more of the following: -- If you are downloading a PDF file, see document 322743, "Error "...unrecognized token..." When Opening a PDF File." -- Delete the file and download it again using an Internet connection that is known to be stable. To instructions on determining if your Internet connection is stable and for resolving unstable Internet connections, see document 323068, "Resolving an Unstable Internet Connection to Adobe's Web Site or FTP Site." -- Report the problem to Adobe to confirm the file on the Adobe Web site or FTP site is not damaged. For instructions, see document 322957, "How to Report a Download Problem." Note: Adobe does not support third-party software, including, but not limited to, Web browsers and FTP client applications.
