Payment

As payment, we accept the following:
Be sure to list the complete credit card number and expiration date. All credit card orders must include a telephone number. We accept checks in US dollars, drawn on a US bank only. Please make checks payable to Walnut Creek CDROM. We accept Money Orders in US dollars, drawn from the United States Postal Service and United States banks - only. These should also be made payable to Walnut Creek CDROM.

All overseas orders must be pre-paid.

Only credit cards, and checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank will be accepted from the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Greece, and Luxembourg.

California residents please add 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping

Your shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the entire package, even if, due to backorders, your shipment is split into more than one package. The rate formula varies depending on where we are shipping your order and by which method you choose of those available. Below are our current rates:

Subscription Plan

Walnut Creek CDROM offers a subscription plan for many of our most popular titles. When you subscribe to a particular disc, we'll send you a new version of the disc automatically at the discounted subscription rate.

We bill your credit card automatically when we ship (credit cards are the only payment method possible for our subscriptions). The normal shipping charge applies. You may cancel at any time, just write, call, fax, or email us.

Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions about Subscriptions:

Q: Should I subscribe or just buy the cdrom one-time-only?
A: If you want each new release, right after it arrives in our warehouse, then yes you should subscribe. You'll get the cd at a considerable discount!
Q: So do I need to order the cd AND the subscription to get the current edition?
A: No way! Sign up for a subscription and we'll send out the current edition at the lower subscription price. There is no need to order both.
Q: I already HAVE the current edition so I don't need another copy. Is there some way to start my subscription with the next edition?
A: Sure is! Just choose the second of the 2 Subscribe buttons. The description will usually say something like Next.
Q: How hard is it to cancel the subscription?
A: Just give us a call or send us email. We'll cancel it, no questions asked!
Q: When does my subscription expire?
A: It NEVER expires. We'll keep sending you cds until you tell us to stop.
