The following rates and policies are effective as of Oct 7, 1999 and supersede all previously published rates and policies.

Your shipping cost is calculated by the weight of the entire package, even if, due to backorders, your shipment is split into more than one package. The rate formula varies depending on where we are shipping your order and by which method you choose of those available. Below are our current rates:
