JUrsaPmtCalc is an interesting, yet simple, payment calculator with an option for payment periods per year. It also contains an on-screen help system (help is shown on-screen as your mouse does a flyover of a messageable object). This version works well with Netscape Navigator 3.x and 4.x. Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x works well with the applet, but the messages do not display properly.
