Harbinger Move Provides Services On Subscription Basis Atlanta-based Harbinger Corp. [HRBC], is getting into the application outsourcing market in an effort to capture its share of a market already being measured in billions of dollars. In launching its E-Commerce Application Service Provider line of business last week, Harbinger intends to offer companies software, connectivity and support services on a subscription basis, rather than selling entire application and service suites that require large up-front investments.
