Same Day Shipping
We ship all in-stock orders placed by 4 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (that's 7 p.m. for you East Coast folks) on the same day you place your order. That way, overnight delivery means overnight delivery to your doorstep. And by shipping your order on the same day you place it, standard delivery takes just three days; other retailers can take up to eight days.

Easy Returns / No Fault Returns

Books and Manuals
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item to us within 30 days with the original invoice. Provided it's in sellable condition, we'll refund your purchase price in full.

Interactive Training
Unopened interactive training products may be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice for a full refund. If your purchase does not work properly or is defective, we will gladly send you a replacement, free of charge.

Research Reports
If your research material is defective, return it within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly send you a replacement, free of charge.
