CGI/Perl Support

We highly suggest you first download a copy of our Errors Log Script and install it on your server. If you don't know the path to your error log you'll need to consult with your web hosting service.

Another area so seek help is our CGI Debug page which will provide some valuable information on CGI formatting.

The most common problems occurred in installing CGI/Perl scripts is the $variables path and/or file permissions. Another resource for help is located in the newsgroups listed below ...

If you can't find the answers you seek after analyzing your server's error log and you still can't find the solution to any installation problem you can call us at (573) 374-2322. We do charge $30 per hour for telephone support unless the problem encountered is related to an error within our script.
