Portsmouth, NH -- November 2: At a child enrichment center, Al Gore detailed his plan to expand access to health care coverage to every child by 2005 and make health coverage more affordable for millions of adults.

Gore also outlined his specific concerns with Senator Bradley's proposals to eliminate programs like New Hampshire's Healthy Kids and other children's health insurance programs, and underscored his belief that we should expand coverage by building on and strengthening today's programs.  more
