PocketSensei Announces Release of SilverScreen 1.3 for Palm Computing® Inc. Platform

New version of popular Palm Pilot utility software improves user interface.

Mountain View, Calif., Mar. 26, 2000—PocketSensei announces the release of SilverScreen 1.3, an application launcher for Palm™ devices. The software retains the renowned simplicity and familiar layout of Palm’s application launcher while seamlessly incorporating new functionality and a stylish appearance. SilverScreen facilitates application management by employing intuitive drag and drop access to commonly used functions that reside in a "pop-up" toolbox. A highly refined graphical interface was created by exploiting the Palm device’s grayscale capabilities.

SilverScreen version 1.3 introduces two new themes to go along with the five previously released. Themes are collections of associated icons that allow users to customize the "look" of their Palm device to reflect individual preferences and work styles. Additional themes will be made available in the first quarter from the company’s Web site. All currently registered owners of SilverScreen are entitled to a free upgrade to version 1.3 and all future 1.x releases. SilverScreen sells for $12.95.
