Refund Policy: Confirmed registrants who cannot attend and do not send a substitute from the same company are entitled to a refund of paid fees, less a $50 processing fee, if a request is received in writing no later than Monday, April 17, 2000. After that date, there will be no refunds for registrants who have paid fees but do not attend the conference.
Your conference fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, entrance to Solutions Expo Hall, conference meals, conference proceedings and Wednesday night's event. Pre-conference tutorial sessions on Monday are separate, and require payment of an additional fee as outlined above.
