You have overwritten your Webshots program file with a photo collection, so when Webshots attempts to unzip a photo collection and then launch Webshots, it launches the photo collection unzipper instead of Webshots!

The solution is to reinstall the Webshots software (do not uninstall first). Just download a new free sampler from the website, or install from the CD, and then reinstall.

Your photo collections and registration information will be saved.

To prevent this problem in the future, be sure to save photo collections downloaded from the web to a different location (usually your desktop) and then to launch the photo installer from that location. Do not overwrite ANY file when downloading from the web!
