CobraOverlayExtractor

A program to extract data from Planet Coaster ovl and ovs files.

Requires https://dotnetzip.codeplex.com/ to decompress data.

Program creates a XML file with the readable data and an OUT file with the decompressed zlib data. An ovs file does not create a xml file.
