Lots of bugfixes still, but the major thing in this release is the -IncrementVersionNumber on Compress-Module
So you can now automatically increment your module version as you're compressing it, and it will even update your download/packageInfo URLs if need be (i.e. if you have the version number in the file name).

This release finally finishes the switch to .nuspec and atom xml for packageInfo, including full nuget search, etc.

- Fixes a bug when installing modules from GitHub zips
- Improves Set-ModuleInfo with -Confirm and -Force
- Causes Set-ModuleInfo to create manifests with "ModuleToProcess" instead of the breaking "RootModule"

With this release I finally gave up and implemented compatibility with nuget, even down to caving (against my better judgement) and using .nupkg files. I'm still extending it with the PackageInfoUri and DownloadUri so that I can have a system that is free of a central repository -- and Nuget repository support is not done yet.
As always, to install, if you have the "webclient" service (Microsoft's webDAV client) running, just execute:
