The current engine only exposes WebVTT subtitles as
kind: 'subtitles'. When the playlist entry containsCHARACTERISTICS="public.accessibility.transcribes-spoken-dialog,public.accessibility.describes-music-and-sound", it should havekind: 'captions'. This would match how it is exposed in the Safari HLS player.**Describe
