About The English Editor II:
A text editor with an interesting interface.
It handles XML files and mail and news messages. It's currently incomplete and undocumented.

Pasting text now works for most kinds of selections (it only worked between characters before). Pasting is still rudimentary, though--only text can be pasted, not XML elements.
