About POV-Ray 3.1g:
Another BeOS port of POV-Ray 3.1g. This one adds the graphical display while rendering.
Use +D flag to enable the graphical display.
It is based on UNIX sources available at http://www.povray.org
There are 3 possible downloads :
- A zipped Software Valet package containing the full distribution : povray binary, povray libs, sample scenes, etc...
- A zipped file, containing only the 'povray' binary. Download this one if you already have the full distribution. Copy 'povray' in /boot/home/config/bin
- The zipped source code containing common and BeOS specific sources and a BeIDE project file to build the 'povray' binary

Details about this version:
- Position of the display window is now remembered between executions. It is stored in an attribute of the preference file : /boot/home/settings/povray.prefs.
- 'Display' (+D) and 'Pause when done' (+P) behaviour :
- If both display and 'Pause when done' are used (+D +P) : the window stays opened until you click in it or press 'q'.
- If display is used but not 'Pause when done' (+D -P) : the window closes itself as soon as the rendering is finished.
- Some other minor fixes.
