Being the insulting lot that we are, we have some of our own words.
Note, standard IRC and Internet slang is not indexed here. For that, see
the Jargon file.
This is only a list of where our dialect differs from the rest of the world.
0wn(z): To be in complete control of, to master, to be superior to
r00l: To be superior to, as in "I r00l"
Hax0r: hacker.
Chixor, Chixxor: A female, usually one who uses Linux/UNIX
Roxxor: as in, "Ill roxxor your skull!". This word was derived on
analogy with Fuxxor. If someone roxxors your skull, its a painful act of
aggression. On the other hand, if something roxxors, then it "rocks", its
really good!
Boxxor: Machine, as in "Linux roxxors your boxxors", cf box.
Fuxxor: as in "fuxxor! That loser temp just kicked me off #linux
again!". An expression of surprised anger, shock, outrage.
Twink: as in, "shaddup, ya twink!". It is capable of a wide variety
of meanings, but the root meaning is "annoyance".
Fsck: as in, "you're a fscking moron". An alternative to fuxxor.

Suxxor: has recently come in to use. "This computer suxxors, it
crashed on me three times in a row because of the phase of the moon". Unlike
when something "sucks", it is never a good thing when something "suxxors".
Not to be confused with succor...
W00gy, W00t: Neptho originals. Expressions of pleased surprise and
meant to draw attention. As a kid, Neptho used to say "Here woogy dog,
here woogy woogy doggy" or something like that. Don't ask about the w00t
}:)
doup, d'oh, wuaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!!!: Sure, that's what Homer Simpson
says, but its krooger that raised the utterance of these words to an art
form. Usually used as form of disgust at oneself.
kewlies, coolies, coolio: synonyms for "cool". Thanks to the Australian
contingent for popularizing these words, especially Corvette and Cheekyboy.
smirk. peer. feh. these one liners should be self explanatory. They
came into heavy and constant use here thanks to manwhole.
j00/j0r: you/your. "GIMP .99.10 is j0r gawd. j00 m4y b0w"
pr0n (Yes, pr0n) is a certain category of pictures that are
on the net. Most sites on the web that have such pictures generally require
that viewers be over 18. That doesn't mean that they actually check. If
you still don't have a clue what this is, don't ask.
