Pokémon Comics

Because of the overwhelming success of Pokémon, comics are available from Viz, the company also making the Pokémon videos. There are now two sets of the comics. The first complete set of four is called Pokémon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu. All four of these comics have been released. The second set is called Pokémon: Pikachu Shocks Back. In the comics, you will notice a much different style of art than in the popular television show. The comics are also essentially in black and white. All of the writing and artwork is done by Toshihiro Ono.
