In an effort to better our service, SilverDen has a set of policies for use of our servers. These apply to any and all accounts/data on our servers. Please bear these in mind before you do anything questionable. These policies may change at any time without notice, and it is your responsibility to know them.
- SilverDen holds no copyright on any material in your account. It does not belong to us, and we lay no claim to it.1
- Any illegal content or activities discoverd on an account will result in immediate termination of said account. This includes, but is not limited to: MP3s (Or similar digital music formats) which are not authorized by the copyright holder; Emulators or ROMs, no exceptions
- No Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM) of any nature.
- No pornography. Period.
- SilverDen will NEVER require or ask for a wizard / admin / creator position on your MU*.
- SilverDen reserves the right to incurr additional charges to offset the expense of tracking down the guilty party of any activity which viloates these policies, and to offset the expense of any extra space taken up by these activities..
- If, at any time, one or more of these service policies is violated, SilverDen reserves the right to disable, or remove your account, until the matter has been resolved.
- All residents of countries outside of the United States must send payment in American Dollars, or preferably, pay with a credit card.
1 With your account, you are paying for access to our server. Therefore, if you fail to make a payment, SilverDen reserves the right to restrict your access to our server, including any and all of your files.
