Using GlassFish
Improving GlassFish

The GlassFish project is an open source implementation of the Java EE 5 specifications. Until the specifications are final there is no final stable release available for the Java EE 5 platform. However, the GlassFish community provides milestone builds which implement the current version of the specifications and are useful for learning the latest technologies defined in Java EE 5. For stable, supported and deployable products we recommend the Sun Java System Application Server 8.1 product family.
