Can I remove
your service at anytime?
Yes. If you're not pleased with the service, you may
uninstall it at anytime. So that we can continue to
improve our Internet service, AltaVista would greatly
appreciate a brief email describing why you were
unsatisfied with the service. Please send an email from
here.
How do I uninstall the
AltaVista software?
Click on your "Start" button, highlight "Settings",
and click "Control Panel". The control panel will come
up, and you should then double click on "Add/Remove
Programs". Now highlight the "Install/Uninstall" tab,
highlight "AltaVista Free Access" in the scroll box, and
click on the "Add/Remove" button. Follow the
instructions, clicking "Yes" and "OK" when appropriate.
